| CLIMAX GROUP, INC Lead Video Game Designer, Oct 2003 - Oct 2006 Climax in Los Angeles was a startup when I joined. We finished Tron 2.0 Killer App for Xbox working directly with Disney. I wrote many pitch-documents and we obtained more projects including Lizzie McGuire with Disney, Steel Horizon with Konami, a port of Mortal Combat and Silent Hill 5. My role at Climax was varied, but focused on systems and writing. For Steel Horizon, I first crafted the game on graph paper with chits to playtest and determine the soundness of the core combat mechanics, AI systems, and level/map design. Having only a few desingers at the company, I managed a design team between 3-5 on average.
